I found a sketchbook under a pile of comics, magazines and envelopes and found the rough layouts I did for my website. Somewhere I've got the finished artwork I did, but until I actually learn how to program you'll have to wait for those, in the meantime here's the scribbled versions

As most websites don't use programming I don't see that as a barrier Paul. Just learn a markup language like HTML or (better) XHTML (which are not programming languages). Or Flash if you want it to look good but be heavy.
See, I didn't even know that, my ignorance is the stumbling block really.
