Very nice, grey washes work beautifully and I love the way you make the scientist more sympathetic in the last panel by drawing him with softer, slightly curved lines.
Totally, totally brilliant. Beautiful, clever storytelling, and heartbreaking! I love the repeat-to-fade panels on page 5 especially - a great effect. I love this strip!
Peter - Cheers. 'Sympathetic' might be pushing it! Think that last panel is the most successful one - I was dead chuffed with the inking:) Jason - Wow, thank Jason! Was a bit unsure about the fade panels on page 5, glad it worked. Andrew - Ta muchly. See, all I had to do to get folk on my side was draw a cute robot, and make him suffer! Danny - Cheers, I should probably edit the post to mention 'MY robot' will be in AccentUK's upcoming anthology 'Robots'. Murry - Thanks, "machines have feeling's too"

It serves himself right, that poor little robot !! Super work Paul !!
Poor little mite... that's tragic! Jason's comment on the 5th page fade-out is spot on. Very strong stuff - get this published somewhere!
Really good. Makes me feel guilty about using my vacuum cleaner!
